CANCELLATIONS:
Spa services are extremely popular. While we certainly understand that your plans can change, the treatments you select are reserved especially for you. For individual services, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full. For spa packages and groups, a seven day cancellation notice is required. This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time of our talented spa technicians.

SCHEDULING:
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance for the widest selection of services and appointment times. However, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time. At the time of booking, spa services will need to be secured with a credit card.

PREPARATION:
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to get checked in and prepare for your treatment. Most services require a client consultation form be filled out to enable our spa technicians to better serve you. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.

ENVIRONMENT:
We respect the right to privacy and quiet of all of our guests. In order to support a serene atmosphere, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or left at the front desk. The spa offers each client a chance to get away from the day to day hectic schedule. Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for young children. We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.

COMFORT:
For your comfort, luxurious robes and slippers will be provided for your visit for those scheduling multiple services. Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort and relaxation are observed during all body treatment and body massage services. Shower facilities are available for your convenience, if needed, please check with the receptionist when booking your service appointment for availability.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Prices are subject to change, and do not include gratuities for spa technicians. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please keep your personal items with you at all times for your own protection.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Spa Gift Certificates make great gifts! We have beautiful gift certificates available for your convenience. You may choose a specific treatment or allow the recipient the freedom to select his or her own treatment. Please ask our front desk staff to assist you.
