Rules and Regulations:
Your contract is a 12 month agreement, and will automatically renew each month. Monthly dues automatically charged at the start of each month.
If you are unable to redeem your session within the month, you will have 30 days to come in for that session or it will expire. Treatment sessions may not be banked for future use.
Schedule your services in advance to receive the date, time, and service provider that you prefer.
You may cancel at any time after a 6 month trial period, with written notice 30 days before your next scheduled payment. If you choose to cancel before the 6 month trial period is over, there will be a $100 cancellation fee applied.
Spa Membership services do not include gratuities for your therapists.
Memberships may be purchased and redeemed at any time. There are no blackout or restricted days.
Membership pricing may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
As an added savings for spa members, you may upgrade any 60 minute massage to a 90 minute session for only $35 (a savings of $10)
