Avenue Apothecary & Spa’s Client Reward Points Program is our way of showing our appreciation of you as a client. Points are awarded each time you visit and can be used toward services in our Spa or products from the Apothecary! This program is free and is presented as a courtesy to all of our valued clients.
How do I get started?
You don’t have to do a thing! All Avenue Apothecary & Spa clients are automatically included in the program and will begin earning points January 1, 2010. Be sure to give your name with every purchase!
How do I accumulate Points?
Accumulating points at our spa is effortless! You accumulate points through everyday interaction with the Avenue Apothecary & Spa.
Below is a list of the ways you can accumulate points,and their assigned value:
10,000 Points for referring a new client to the Avenue Apothecary & Spa.
2,000 Points for scheduling your next visit during your first visit (new clients only).
2,000 Points for trying a new service in a new department for the first time.
500 Points for scheduling your next visit during your current visit.
500 Points for trying any new service for the first time.
20 Points for each dollar spent on products from our Apothecary.
10 Points for each dollar spent on all Spa services.
How much are Reward Points worth?
1000 Reward Points = $1.00 credited to your Reward Points Account.
How many Reward Points do I have?
You will find your Reward Points tally at the bottom of your receipt. Or feel free to give us a call, at (302)227-5649, to inquire about your point’s total.
How and when can I redeem my Reward Points?
Reward points are redeemable as soon as you accumulate enough points to purchase a service or retail product in full. Reward Points can be redeemed any day of the week, any time of the day. There are no black-out dates or restrictions.
Are Reward Points redeemable for cash?
No, Reward Points have no cash value.
Are Reward Points transferable?
No, Reward Points must be redeemed by the client who earned them.
Do Reward Points expire?
Yes, Reward Points are accumulated on the calendar year, and expire at the end of May of the following year. For example, all Reward Points earned during the year 2010 will expire on May 31, 2011. It is the client’s responsibility to claim un-redeemed Reward Points prior to their expiration.
